Yin and Yang Yoga Workshop

Join Virginia Comignaghi and Amanda Kulick for a Yin and Yang workshop that starts with 45 minutes of an active style vinyasa set to motivating music led by Virginia that leads into a 45 minute yin practice consisting of longer held passive shapes led my Amanda. This ensures a perfect balance between work and rest for your body and mind.

All levels are welcome.

Virginia has over 2000 hours of teaching experience and completed continuing education hours in adjusting and assisting postures, anatomy and physiology, and breathing techniques. She loves matching her music playlists to the pace and intention of the class and her hope is that you have so much fun moving your body and breathing that you forget about the world outside the studio and leave feeling empowered to take on whatever the day brings.

Amanda holds certifications as a RYT 200 Energy Power Yoga Teacher, a Sacred Calm Restorative Yoga Teacher and a certified Yin Yoga Instructor. She is passionate about guiding experiences that inspire authentic connection and spiritual integration.
