Interested in being a member of our team? We are hiring for the following positions:

operations assistant

Position will be Monday – Friday, generally 6-8 hours a day with some additional Saturday hours as needed during busy seasons for on farm events or markets. This position is full time and will begin Apr 1, 2025

The Operations Assistant will assist the management team with various daily tasks including but not limited to: overall barn operations including making bouquets, bunching for florists, cooler management and organization, maintaining harvest records, loading truck for deliveries, washing buckets, and any large team tasks that are required.

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for utilizing google calendar to ensure that all orders and final products are fulfilled.

In the off season, the Operations Assistant will work closely with the team in off season tasks – greenhouse management, greenhouse planting, splitting and shipping dahlia tuber stock. In the months of December, January and February, the team works reduced hours, approximately 10-20 hours per week. 

Ideal candidates will have experience in a fast paced job and be willing to multi-task in a changing environment. General ability to enjoy and work outdoors daily. Flower knowledge is not required. Spanish speaking is a plus. Hourly rate starts at $19/hour based on experience.

air bnb house cleaner

This position will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining the on property Air BnB cottage. Hours will be determined weekly basis and will be variable based on bookings. The cottage must be cleaned before 3PM on checkout day to be ready for the next guest. Checkout is at 11AM. 

Responsibilities will include:

Thoroughly clean and sanitize all areas of Airbnb property including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens and living spaces

Change all bed linens and towels, ensuring all items are fresh and neatly arranged

Restock essential supplies such as toiletries, kitchen essentials, and cleaning products

Conduct a quality check after cleaning to ensure the property meets high standards before guest arrival

Report any maintenance issues or damages to management promptly

Maintain an organized cleaning schedule an adhere to check-in and check-out times

Ideal candidate will be willing to launder bed linens and towels at their home residence. 

Some light outdoor cleaning and flower pot maintenance may be required along with watering inside house plants. 

Coordination with catering service, if necessary.

Qualifications

Ideal candidates will have home cleaning experience and the ability to have a flexible weekly schedule. A strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness is essential. The ideal candidate will have reliable transportation and will be able to work independently and manage time effectively.

Hourly rate starts at $20/hour.
