Can I add more tubers to my order?
Due to the large volume of orders we receive, we are not able to make any modifications to an order once it is placed. If you would like to add more tubers, a separate order will need to be placed and the orders will ship separately.
Are tubers sold individually?
All tubers are sold as one tuber, not a clump, and you can expect each one to have at least one viable eye and to be true to identity. Tubers come in all shapes and sizes but that does not determine the actual size of the dahlia plant. Tuber size can be as small as a AA battery – they come in all shapes and sizes!
What is the shipping process?
You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way to you. We are only able to ship within the United States at this time. We are now excited to announce that we are offering early shipping for southern growers or growers who want to propagate from their tubers. Early shipping cost of $15 applies for insulated packaging. Early shipping will happen during Week 8 (3rd week of February). Please Note: While we make every effort to ensure the tubers are safe during early transit, we cannot guarantee safe passage if shipped outside of normal delivery times.
What if my tubers are damaged during shipping?
When you receive your order, please open and inspect your tubers immediately upon arrival and report any issues within 5 days of receipt. Please include any pictures of damaged tubers so that a claim can be made with USPS. We do our best to package up your tubers as lovingly as possible to ensure no damage upon shipping!
What is your return policy?
We cannot be held responsible for post shipment storage and planting conditions. We do not refund for issues due to poor growing conditions and are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from crop failure or weather. All tubers are guaranteed to have at least one eye. Upon receipt of your tubers, you have 5 days to request a refund.
When can I expect my tubers?
If you would like your order to be shipped to you, that process happens sometime in April once all threats of frost have passed. If you are local and would like to pick them up from the farm, you can expect them to be ready in late April or May.
Can I reserve my tubers?
The items in your shopping cart are not confirmed until you complete the checkout process.
